Three industries that offer services and have undergone a strong digitalization push in recent years. What could be more obvious than to digitize internal training as well, in order to carry out mandatory training more efficiently and to document it digitally in cimoio?

Our customers from these industries train internal employees as well as – especially insurance companies – freelancers. The characteristics of the core processes in these industries range from the design of a training portfolio based on legal and technical requirements. This includes the planning of training products and the organization of events on a scheduled basis. Rooms, trainers and equipment are also planned. This is followed by booking management and billing, which can be done via internal billing or order processing.

Our customer base consists primarily of departments in companies that manage parts of the workforce – e.g. sales staff. In addition, there are departments that take over the complete personnel development.

Challenges for banks and insurances

In the environment of bank and insurance companies, questions of verifiability of legally required trainings are a particular factor that even led to the creation of a specialized module and a standard interface. This module is the “Credit Points” module, allowing to maintain rules which determine, which training offers how many credit points according to IDD standards. After the assignment of credit points to a person, the standardized interface can pass these points to the database of “gutberaten.de“.

In the trade domain, everything revolves around the change speed of the market and therefore also the ways to handle new trends around the trade good. This mixed with regulatory requirements of trade especially in online trading makes it necessary to have a software that reacts as quickly.
