In addition, cimoio supports the automated creation and sending of legally compliant e-invoices as well as the transfer of billing data to connected accounting systems.<\/p>\n
New approaches for demand planning were also presented. They support the structured recording of demands, the derivation of events and the more transparent design of planning processes.<\/p>\n
Further insights were provided into developments relating to hybrid events. The approaches presented show how different requirements of in-person and online participants can be mapped in cimoio more easily and more clearly in the future.<\/p>\n
Another focus was the creation of the technical foundation for future AI features in cimoio. At the beginning of the workshop, the automation options already available were presented. These included e-feedback and qualifications, schedulers with customized rules, and BPMN-based process automation.<\/span><\/p>\nMany automation capabilities are already available in cimoio today. The greater challenge often lies less in the technical implementation of automation and more in identifying suitable processes and jointly defining meaningful rules.<\/p>\n
Requirements were collected and prioritized together. This exchange between participants proved particularly valuable. Our team opened the AI workshop with a technical overview of the basic AI infrastructure of cimoio. Current developments were also presented, including the state-funded development project LernFab, from which, among other things, features for the AI-supported creation of learning materials and e-tests as well as a chatbot have emerged.<\/span><\/p>\nSTL GmbH was responsible for the technical development of the platform in the project and implemented a prototype for AI-supported competence analysis as well as for the generation of individual learning content.<\/p>\n
Guest speaker Frank Schr\u00f6der, project partner for the professional development of AI support and competence analysis, demonstrated tools from the LernFab project using concrete examples. Among other things, an AI-supported learning content generator and a multi-agent chatbot for training professional conversations with AI-based conversation partners were presented. The chatbot used previously uploaded PDF documents as a knowledge base.<\/p>\n
In the subsequent workshop, the participants discussed in which areas they could imagine future support through artificial intelligence and which possible applications would offer the greatest added value for their daily work. Four topic areas emerged:<\/p>\n

A central part of the first day was the look at new developments in cimoio. The focus was especially on the current release. The aim was to show how cimoio maps new processes, continues to support existing processes and where features are being added or improved.<\/span><\/p>\n Topics included enhancements in the area of shopping cart and internationalization. In addition, cimoio supports the automated creation and sending of legally compliant e-invoices as well as the transfer of billing data to connected accounting systems.<\/p>\n New approaches for demand planning were also presented. They support the structured recording of demands, the derivation of events and the more transparent design of planning processes.<\/p>\n Further insights were provided into developments relating to hybrid events. The approaches presented show how different requirements of in-person and online participants can be mapped in cimoio more easily and more clearly in the future.<\/p>\n Another focus was the creation of the technical foundation for future AI features in cimoio. The exchange between participants from different industries in particular often opens up new perspectives and provides valuable input for the further development of cimoio.<\/p>\n \n<\/p> [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.27.7″ _module_preset=“default“ global_colors_info=“{}“]<\/p> In addition to the current features, the look at future developments also played an important role. Artificial intelligence in particular generated great interest and numerous discussions.<\/span><\/p>\n The aim was not to present AI as a finished universal solution. Rather, the focus was on the question of where artificial intelligence can provide meaningful support and which areas of application in cimoio actually offer practical value. AI should not only impress, but should make concrete work steps easier, make knowledge available more quickly and support recurring tasks.<\/p>\n The topic became particularly tangible through several concrete application examples. These included cimona<\/strong>, the AI assistant in cimoio, which can support users directly in the system when they have questions. In the area of reporting, it was also shown how cimona provides context-based support in creating reports in the Report Wizard and can explain existing reports. Another example was the AI-supported generation of e-test questions. In two groups, the topics \u201cArtificial Intelligence\u201d and \u201cAutomation\u201d were discussed.<\/span><\/p>\n While the first day mainly focused on current developments, the workshops on the second day offered space to bring together different experiences and jointly discuss future requirements. The participants were able to present their own processes, compare challenges and jointly consider which solutions could be transferred to other areas of application.<\/p>\n This created a shared view of which topics will become particularly relevant in the coming months and how cimoio can continue to develop in a meaningful way.<\/p>[\/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_blurb title=“Workshop %22Automation%22″ _builder_version=“4.27.7″ _module_preset=“dfe9779b-9423-4e35-b6d8-af8ee8e02bec“ header_level=“h4″ body_line_height=“1.7em“ min_height=“222px“ global_colors_info=“{}“] At the beginning of the workshop, the automation options already available were presented. These included e-feedback and qualifications, schedulers with customized rules, and BPMN-based process automation.<\/span><\/p>\n Many automation capabilities are already available in cimoio today. The greater challenge often lies less in the technical implementation of automation and more in identifying suitable processes and jointly defining meaningful rules.<\/p>\n Requirements were collected and prioritized together. This exchange between participants proved particularly valuable. Current developments were also presented, including the state-funded development project LernFab, from which, among other things, features for the AI-supported creation of learning materials and e-tests as well as a chatbot have emerged.<\/span><\/p>\n STL GmbH was responsible for the technical development of the platform in the project and implemented a prototype for AI-supported competence analysis as well as for the generation of individual learning content.<\/p>\n Guest speaker Frank Schr\u00f6der, project partner for the professional development of AI support and competence analysis, demonstrated tools from the LernFab project using concrete examples. Among other things, an AI-supported learning content generator and a multi-agent chatbot for training professional conversations with AI-based conversation partners were presented. The chatbot used previously uploaded PDF documents as a knowledge base.<\/p>\n In the subsequent workshop, the participants discussed in which areas they could imagine future support through artificial intelligence and which possible applications would offer the greatest added value for their daily work. Four topic areas emerged:<\/p>\n The workshops thus formed the connection between the developments presented and the topics that will come into focus in the future.
