First, a central technical client was put into productive use. On this base, STL developed a template as the foundation for additional clients, which can be adapted as needed. This approach enables scalability while maintaining organizational separation.<\/p>\n To map training and qualification requirements in the technical-operational environment, SWISS uses cimoio as its central learning and qualification management system. The focus includes the regulatorily relevant qualifications of non-flying personnel in the operations area, as well as complete, audit-ready, and audit-proof documentation for regulatory inspections.<\/p>\n cimoio follows a consistent qualification model. That systematically links person-related qualifications, their validity periods, and the associated chain of evidence for audit-proof documentation.<\/p>\n At the time of transition into operational use, SWISS was already using cimoio across more than 10 organizationally separate clients. As part of ongoing projects, an expansion of the client model is foreseeable.
