With cimoio, a solution was introduced that has efficiently and transparently managed central processes relating to training, resources, and bookings since the go-live in October 2024.<\/p>\n
A key success factor is the clear mapping of roles, rights, and organizational units. Different responsibilities and work areas can be structured clearly, creating a system landscape that reflects the company\u2019s actual processes and can grow flexibly with them.<\/p>\n
cimoio also brings significant improvements in resource planning: rooms, technical equipment, and trainers can be planned centrally and integrated directly into seminar organization. Different planning horizons can also be mapped \u2014 for example, long-term annual planning for internal training as well as rolling quarterly planning for in-house formats. This facilitates both day-to-day coordination and forward-looking planning.<\/p>\n
cimoio was quickly made ready for use and supplied with data from existing systems at an early stage. The system operates independently and reliably. At the same time, it is seamlessly integrated into the existing IT landscape through its connection to myWOLF and other systems.<\/p>\n
An important part of the project was the \u201chelp for self-help\u201d approach, through which the system can be used and further developed independently. Since the beginning of 2026, online booking via myWOLF has also been in use, providing an additional access point to the training offering.<\/p>\n
