The spectrum ranges from private clubs to a company that offers reward events for successful sales employees. Also cimoio supports companies that hold events to plan exams, while another one uses cimoio simply to integrate content of various other LMS. There is also a purely digital academy that offers sustainability training with cimoio.
Special challenges in training management for random requirements
The goals of our other customers are diverse. One customer wanted a very specific mapping of coaching measures. Another customer wanted to offer additional services in addition to pure events. Still another had to coordinate their training measures with complex duty rosters. Also we frequently help with cimoio to integrate LMS and HR tools that do not cover the whole process needed for proper training management.
And we are able to meet all of these different requirements with cimoio.

A success story is our project with the JARO Institute for sustainability and digitalization e.V. – a classic example of an application of cimoio for a purely digital academy. At the JARO Institute, people are trained digitally via cimoio. They learn to take sustainability into account in their activities – especially commercial purchasing activities.
